Severino's Community Butcher, Inc.

We would like to extend our gratitude to all of our farmers market customers. We truly appreciate your patronage and encouragement through this market season. Thank you for allowing our small business to serve you in 2007. It has been a pleasure seeing you all each week.

At this time, we've decided to leave California and move back to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Justin will be working for the Big Burrito Restaurant Group at the restaurant Eleven. Stop by if you're ever in the area.. We'll keep you posted on our ventures.

We'll be keeping this website, so feel free to e-mail messages or questions.

Sincerely,
Justin Severino and Hilary Prescott

NOVEMBER, 2007: Cheesemaker and photographer, Wil Edwards, stopped by the butcher shop recently and took some great black and white photos. Scroll down to see them: enjoy! (Thanks, Wil.)
